“Loyalty and hard work does not pay”
Current Employee – been working at Altisource full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good salary paid on time.
Cons – Long tenure with the company does not mean Job Security. There is nothing like Teamwork. Emoloyees are always under suspicion. Trust factor is always missing. It is a hire and fire company. Onky few blue eyed individuals get promoted each year.
Advice to Senior Management – Trust your employees.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
