I have been working at Alvarez & Marsal full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I was always put to work and constantly accomplishing tasks, everyone was very accepting of me and pushed me to succeed. Due to the competitve nature of the business everyone had incredible drive and stamina. Your day ends when the job is done and you did the best job that you could!

    Cons

Long hours because there is so much to do. Due to expansion, A&M is hiring constantly and others (like myself) have to take ample time away from my projects to help train them in our programs etc.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more responsive and spend more time in the office.
