“Good overall, but high pressure”

Pros – -Talented people. Amazon has a lot of smart people.
-New campus, so the buildings are clean and well-equipped.
-Great cafeteria. I had the best work lunches I've ever had at Amazon.
Cons – -Seattle weather
-High pressure because AWS is growing so fast
Advice to Senior Management – Perhaps hire more people to spread the load a bit?
