Pros

Money
Big Brand Name
Lots of good internal videos for learning

Cons

Lot of politics.
Deep learning curve due to lot of customized development environment.
If you seek help, you will be told that you can not handle things independently. On the other hand if you try to resolve things on your own, you will be called to have bad judgement for not asking for help.
Bug in your code will be called blunders but if you find bugs in existing code, then those will be learnings.
Middle management interprets company policies in their own way than what possibly actually it would mean

Advice to Management

Good luck !!!

    Pros

Pay and benefits are very good for management. You can also get promoted faster than just about anywhere else. You are judged on your performance, not just who likes/dislikes you.

    Cons

Expect 80 hrs/week from mid-Nov through December, 60-70 for another 6 months of the year and 50 for the rest of the year. Micro-management is the standard, not the exception. It takes senior management in each building to make even the smallest changes. It is common for one shift or department to leave another in a bad place in order to make goals/set records.

    Advice to Management

Develop leadership skills along with management ones. Allow lower-level managers some freedom to make decisions. Develop teams, let them grow.

    Pros

Very challenging, they constantly push you to do you best.

    Cons

Tendency to overwork their employees, employee retention is not very high.

    Advice to Management

Clearly state what could be done better, don't be so ambiguous.
