Fast Paced, surround by like minded professionals, great compensation.

Cons

Not much of a concern for employees to have a positive work/life balance

    Vast infrastructure. Great environment to work.

    Wish it was more spread out and not just located in the downtown area.

    - Fun work culture
    - RSU's
    - Seattle is a great town in the summer

    Cons

    - culture of seat-time is becoming more and more prevalent
    - Bad managers
    -Base pay sucks

    - up the game as far as middle managers are concerned
    - stop worshiping MBA's
