    Cons

    Very Little work life balance.

    Pros

Great projects to work on, incredibly smart people to work with, and good compensation

    Cons

Sometimes developers are treated like easily replaceable cogs and if you don't get excited about the actual work, there aren't a lot of extraneous benefits to entice great people to stick around.

    Advice to Management

Your people are what make the company. Frugality is good, but don't be stingy when it comes to employees, it's not frugal if you have to replace all your teams every x months/years.
