    Pros

Smart, nice people; honest environment, no micro-managing. Everyone behaves like an adult and I see very little political maneuvering. Flexible workplace - as long as you get your work done, it doesn't seem that anyone cares when you are here.

    Cons

It would be possible to work 24-7 if you aren't good at building your own boundaries. The desks are ergonomically challenging, but that can be addressed with modifications.

Former Employee - Product Manager in Seattle, WA

    Pros

Never dull. Fast paced with plenty of things to do.
    Great role and responsibilities.
    Truly cares about customer benefits.
People respect and listen to you if you are smart.
Great brand value on your resume.

    Cons

Fast paced. Takes a toll on work-life balance.
As they have very small teams there is not enough fair distribution of responsibilities. Some people get overburdened and burnt out.
Not enough mentorship. You either make it or you are asked to leave. No body cares about investing in people and making them successful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More mentorship. Invest in people and make them successful.
Don't overburden employees. Hire more people instead.
