    You will get 5 years of IT experience in only one year of employment. It is a fast-paced, highly-intellectual environment.

    Cons

    It is a fast-paced, highly-intellectual environment. If you are not ready for it, it will be a challenging time.

    Dont Intern here,I finished my summer internship

    I worked at Amazon.com as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    -Pay is good.
    -Perks are good.

    Cons

    -Treat interns like absolute filth.
    -Gave me a project which they werent interested in,manager kept on saying "Maybe tomorrow" every time i needed a clarification
    -Absolutely cutthroat environment.
    - As far as i know,they dont convert(to full time) summer interns(two month summer internship) so i dont know if you shoud bother trying

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Dont hire summer interns if you are not planning on converting any of them.
