Former Intern - Operations Leadership Intern in San Bernardino, CA

I worked at Amazon.com as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of freedom to explore projects, good overview of how the entire fulfillment process works, people were nice and helpful

    Cons

Very little guidance from management as far as giving me specific things to work on, lots of employee turnover and transitions, forced to find my own work and teach myself a lot of things if I wanted to learn more than the basics and try to make actual improvements.
