    Pros

Good opportunities in terms of projects and interaction with expert developers. We learn to great extent regarding deployment and execution of services in a distributed environment. Fast-paced.

    Cons

Might be sometimes too fast to conveniently manage your scrum tasks with meetings etc going on in parallel regularly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Already remaining focused and positive regarding growth of an individual. so not much of advice to the management.

I worked at Amazon.com full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good employees and work environment; decent management team that could do more at coaching and leadership of employees to improve overall performance if not just limited to number based performance.

    Cons

Working during peak season; temporary workforce during peak season can cause issues with work stability

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve overall communication about company and team goals and what it would take all a whole down to each individual to attain it. Talk the talk, and walk the walk.
