Pros

Amazon is really fast in hiring process. Maybe because I was an intern, but I also heard that Amazon is famous for being fast in hiring.

A lot of opportunities: it is very flexible to move to other positions and also many training sessions to attend.

Cons

Amazon is frugal and it is their value but I think they need to invest more money in their employees.

Long working hour. People work long and hard. And tough evaluation.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I was an intern, so I am not sure what to say here.

Many first-time managers - they have no clue about managing people
    Favoritism, politics and backstabbing culture
Stack ranking: manager's favorite 10% get promo, manager's unlucky 10% fellows are thrown out

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not make incompetent managers, for God's sake.
