- u r left in middle of ocean and asked to swim to the shore

    Top-notch engineering talent and excellent compensation

    Cons

    Very aggressive, not lifestyle-friendly, very focused on making money, sometimes feels like a Wall Street firm. Not for the long-term unless you can be aggressive day-in and day-out for years and years

    Relax a bit, and respect people more
