Pros

Good environment that contains smart engineers. The work contains many challenges that need you to think a lot before making decisions.

Cons

It depends on the team you are working with. Some teams are doing really important work, others just do simple work. Leaders also vary alot. Be careful and ask for the team you're working with before you accept

    Understanding of how the company works and why it has been so successful. The processes and structure of the organization are outstanding and everything really does operate around delivering the customer.

    Lack of training and development coupled with an aloof attitude toward work/life balance.
