    Pros

The upper management at my site is great and really work to help you grow. There are many challenges and a ton of smart people to help you figure it out.

    Cons

Their is a fair bit of stress to deal with. There are some really under qualified people that shouldn't be in their positions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at Amazon.com full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth at a well known company. There is plenty of room for innovation and discovery, as well as personal development.

    Cons

The work life balance is not great, you will work long hours. Some management will provide praise, but others will always keep pushing, so you'll need to have confidence in your performance, because you won't always get a thank you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There could be more employee perks, but the overall pay is better than other companies in the area.
