Former Employee – worked at Ambition full-time for more than a year

Pros – - not all recruiters in the business were bad
- most that had ethics left the company

Cons – - definite cliques, alcohol and drug use at company functions a regular occurrence
- management is shocking, totally irresponsible borderline illegal employment practices
- middle management is just as shocking just not as sophisticated as the owners
- toxic work environment
- unethical recruitment practices
- lies and cheats clients and candidates alike

Advice to Senior Management – - the government should investigate this company on their poor employment practices

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
