I worked at Amcor Rigid Plastics

Pros

Large company with room for advancement. Alot of satelite plants across the united states, as they promote from within. Salaries are within reason.

Cons

Upper management. Too many different ego's and too many different styles of management. Too many upper management trying to put others down for personal gain

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should work as a cohesive unit for the betterment of the company

I have been working at Amcor Rigid Plastics

    Pros

    Excellent pay for the area
    good benefits
    very clean and safe environment
consistent time off, OT sometimes allowed

    Cons

Some of the management needs to be removed because of inconsistencies in management style and interaction with employees.
Management needs to understand that employees need a certain amount of overtime to get ahead, and the flexibility to give out overtime as needed is necessary to overcome machine downtime issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Budget better for overtime, watch the inventory growth and remove ineffective and consistently rude managers
