“Decent company depending on the project”
Current Employee – been working at Amdocs
Pros – Great benefits package (you would be hard pressed to find better) and management is very understanding if you need to take time due to a sick child etc.
Cons – Depending on the project there may be no chance for advancement.
Pay rises are on the small side.
Management don't always look to the far future but just concentrate on what is happening right now.
