“Boring work made for boring customers.”
I worked at Amdocs
Pros – Average salary.
Relatively stable.
Friendly co workers.
Cons – * boring customers. It's billing in telecommunications companies after all.

* too much work.
* average or below average talent onboard.
Advice to Senior Management – Nothing I can think off. Its a boring industry.
