Pros

Project experience is very broad - you get to wear many hats - lots of opportunity to shine, and lots of opportunity to get noticed

Cons

Long, and even longer hours, working nights and weekends. You better be prepared to work on Sundays to compensate for Israel time zones

Advice to Management

Leadership does a decent job of informing staff - company is run out of Israel so be prepared for multiple cultures (not a bad thing)

    Advice to Management

Manager should do his own work. They should get some degrees in management or undergo training about how to manage people. They should concentrate on planning not doing everything at eleventh hour. They should learn how to assess peoples capabilities and skills and make use of them in right fashion. If you treat your employees well they will take care of your customers. They should stop micro-managing.Please don't be afraid to take good decisions whenever you are supposed to.
