“Cutbacks in healthcare have affected Amedisys”
Current Employee – been working at Amedisys part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Ability to set my schedule.
Ability to work independently.
One-on-one time with patients.
Ability to make serious money when paid per visit.
Cons – Unpredictable patient census.
Gas prices are creeping up and cut into the bottom line.
New healthcare regulations stifling work opportunities.
Hours of charting.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
