Pros

Great mission and commitment to brain health

Cons

Outside of physicians, there were very few men in the work place. As a women, I found there was catty behavior and jealousy. These behaviors overshadowed the great work there.

Advice to Management

Hire a few more men in clinical or admin roles.

    Pros

Upper management is finally realizing that happy staff creates happy patient outcomes. This is an organization that truly focuses on improving the brain health of our patients. Now they are shifting to include the staff in their focus. Although the patients are priority #1, we can't treat them properly if the staff isn't engaged and trained.

    Cons

Growing pains are evident, but improve with each new initiative.

    Advice to Management

Don't lose focus on your staff. They are the first and continuing face of the company that the patients interface with - make sure they remain brand warriors.
