    Pros

    Pay is just below par for this area in this industry.

    Cons

    Management tends to be selected from members and prospective members of a 'good old boys' network. Caustic work environment is encouraged; the management style tends to lead toward dehumanization and intimidation. Management staff will to refer to hourly employees in terms as 'inmates,' and by less polite derogations. Certain hourly employees seem to have little other function than to single out, deride, and intimidate other employees. Rampant, and at times despicable, kid pro quo abuses by management staff toward hourly employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take your organization, and get out of the State of Nebraska. We do not appreciate our labor force being driven to a state of violent, murderous insanity, among other violations of business propriety. Your function as an economic hub in this state can be replaced.
