    I worked at AmeriCorps full-time for less than a year


    Pros: Travel, diverse working environment, got to meet many phenomenal people… Cons: Does not pay very well. Advice to Senior Management: Don't give up on the composting program! Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    Varies widely - research thoroughly

    I worked at AmeriCorps full-time for more than a year


    Pros: Meet hard-working humanitarians, contribute to ending poverty in the US, may receive excellent training,… Cons: receive extremely low pay (usually less than minimum wage), may be required to work more than 40 hour weeks, training / support / responsibilities vary… Advice to Senior Management: audit S&N organizations thoroughly. In my experience, there was a lot of corruption. I was required to take on responsibilities that were not… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
