ProsThey really try to foster a community feeling and offer a variety of experience. Get the opportunity to make valuable connections in the community.

ConsLow pay, long hours. Expectations are very high and not commensurate with experience or compensation. Management also tends to play favorites.

Advice to Senior ManagementGuidance and feedback to ground-level employees needs to be reworked and strengthened.
