“Welcomed and appreciated from the start!”
Current Employee – been working at America's Car-Mart
Pros – No end to the tools, information, and resources provided to help ensure your success. Aggressive and active in following up with their employees after discussions regarding goals. Genuine concern and care for their people. Great benefits and fair pay!
Cons – In some instances there seems to be too many "bosses" involved in every day operations at the store level.
Advice to Senior Management – Trust your GMs, AMs, and PAs to do what they have been trained to do. You have the most thorough and exhaustive training I have ever encountered (that's a good thing!), let that guide your people and see what they can do!
