“Outdated corporate culture”
Current Employee – been working at American Airlines
Pros – The work was interesting for the most part. It's a very large company with flight benefits and opportunities to grow.
Cons – You feel like you're working in the 1960's. Most of the workforce is unproductive and politics is more important than results.
