“Old School Company with potential to learn from various departments”

Pros – Travel Perks
Exposure to different areas

great people (specially in the MBA program)
mentor relationship
very analytics-driven
Cons – Not flexible
Poor work life balance
Political
Cheap (they don't provide coffee, water, anything really)
bureaucratic
Heavily focused on finance, so decisions are made based on numbers always and they miss opportunities to grow in the long terms because they fail to invest in long term projects
Advice to Senior Management – Get new blood, be more flexible
