A once fun and prestigious job has become stressful and non-rewarding.

Premium Service/Travel Representative (Current Employee)

ProsFlight benefits must be the number one benefit. Medical, dental, vision available even to part time employees. Co-workers in the smaller stations can feel like family.

ConsRecent bankruptcy has severly dampened morale as pay, benefits and personell are cut. Management gets paid large bonuses even as the company post losses and union employees took voluntary losses to avoid the bankruptcy.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to employees. They are the face of the company. Stop the outrageous bonuses until the company is profitable again.

    Pros: Station Manager, personal recogonition, personal time off, willingness to work… Cons: No internal promotions unless you know the right people, hire… Advice to Senior Management: Look within the company and promote instead of loosing respect… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
