American Airlines – “We saved this airline from BK, and we want our money BACK!”

Pros

The time off, the people, some of the passengers (a minority these days, I'm afraid), the travel priveleges are nice if you can get a seat

Cons

We are all just worker drones to the management of amr

Advice to Senior Management

They have no concept of shared sacrifice or shared gain. They need to get out of their "ivory tower" and come work for awhile in the trenches to get a true understanding of the actual operation of the airline. They truly have NO CLUE, as is evidenced by most of their communications and policy decisions.
