ProsFlexible hours, decent travel benefits if you work there over 5 years.

ConsOdd shift hours, low pay, decreasing benefits due to AMR bankruptcy.

Advice to Senior ManagementLess pay for corporate big wigs and better pay and benefits for line employees.

    25 years of lies and mis-management

    I have been working at American Airlines full-time for more than 10 years


    Pros: flight benefits, flexible schedule, available overtime. Cons: poor pay, tough working conditions, work holidays, all-nighters, short layovers,… Advice to Senior Management: merge with more competent airline, let them manage. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
