“Was a great company back in the day”
I have been working at American Airlines full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Somewhat flexible schedule. Decent medical.
Cons – No movement in the ranks. Haven't hired for 10 years. Product has gone way down.
Advice to Senior Management – Look outside of the box and be visionaries in a very competitive industry.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
