“Only for the benefits.”
I have been working at American Airlines part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Unlimited flight benefits
401K
Health vision and dental offered part time.
Good people.
Cons – The pay is extremely low for what we're handling and the union really does nothing to raise it. It used to be pretty easy but now we work constantly with little breaks.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
