Pros

Good people to work with, generally positive experience with the customer. Working in Dallas is hub and easy to standby for any flights you want to get on.

Cons

Have to pay for domestic flight benefits, (most major airlines do not make their employees pay for that benefit), no buddy passes for 2 years (most major airlines give their employees buddy passes within 1 year) , company in turmoil, high turnover, pilots on brink of strike

Advice to Management

Don't throw away good people just to meet a quarterly goal, think long-term or you'll be bankrupt every 5-10 years

    Pros

Flying all over the states but never being too far from home.

    Cons

The downside of a smaller airline is the number of legs a flt. attendant can fly per day... sometimes up to 7!

    Advice to Management

No more then 5 legs per day.
