Not Proud to be AA employee anymore

    Senior Analyst (Current Employee)
    Fort Worth, TX

I have been working at American Airlines full-time for more than 10 years

Pros: I can't think of any Pro's now, other than the… Cons: Poor management with the 'good ol' boy' system in place. Terrible moral due to the bankrupcy, no salary increases for lower management (level 1-4)… Advice to Senior Management: Bring the non-union salaries up to par and share information… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    Misleading Internship

Airline Customer Service Agent (Former Employee)
    Fort Myers, FL

I worked at American Airlines as an intern for less than a year

Pros: Great customer relations experience, amazing internship coordinator, very good training… Cons: Wasn't trained in many areas like promised and was forced to quit at "end of internship." In the interview I was told that I wouldn't… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
