Pilot - First Officer (Current Employee) Dallas, TX

ProsGreat views from the cockpit. Pretty nice hotels. Perdiem is more than enough for the road. Lots of days off if you have seniority. One of the few union jobs left.

ConsStressful training events. An unforgiving management that is quick to fire you. You feel like a number not, an employee with a name.

Advice to Senior ManagementWork on changing the culture, and everything else will fall in place.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Yes, 90% of those terminated for misconduct… Advice to Senior Management: Terminating employees for misconduct is acceptable. But putting them into a data base which closes the door on future opportunities, thus destroying peoples… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
