Pros

Flight benefits are amazing - when you have the time and money to enjoy them. I essentially work here so my family can fly for free!!!

Cons

Not enough time off or enough pay to enjoy flight bene's.

Advice to Senior Management

Focus on long term goals, better pay for better employees.
