    Pros

Work with good people. It is a challenging atmosphere with new things happening often. Because of the workload you are never bored.

    Cons

In many cases Management seems to be more focused on basing promotion opportunities more on politics and who you know than your performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote more based on performance and attitude vs politics. Salaries are below average for the industry. Consider that issue plus the merger's impact on morale and I think you will see why turnover is so high.

    Pros

Boosts your morale in beginning by sending you to Dallas for two week training but came to realize if you didn't pass the tests you got fired from the company on the SPOT. Tons of people went home crying.

    Cons

4 yr degree and promised me that I would come on with advancement opportunities but it was all a lie. The had be on the rear of the plane loading 60lb bags while pregnant. The people there are sooooo mean and cruel. 'Country club' type attitude amongst old and new employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop letting employees run the shot and be nice!!!

    Doesn't Recommend
