Pros

The co-workers. love themmm. Basically the only thing i look forward to before going to work

Cons

Everything else! I hated my hours, the dress code, and pay is minimal for the work expected, ridiculous sales expectations

    Pros

Fantastic clothing allowance at hiring and twice a year after that. Quirky and fun co-workers. Quality merchandise. Reasonable scheduling flexibility. Positive environment/supportive management.

    Cons

Hourly pay is not amazing, and the raises that come with promotions are minimal. Training can be inconsistent.

    Advice to Management

Better pay with promotions would offer more incentive for staying with the company.

    Pros

It's a great place to start a career. Great brand for the resume. My supervisor at the time was superb.

    Cons

The culture is sexual and disorganized, with the wrong people running the show. Hours were crazy even though they didn't need to be, morale was low and compensation terrible. Often felt the factory workers had better pay and treatment than the design teams.
