    Pros

The only pros to working at American Apparel that I can think of are the above minimum wage pay and discount on clothing.

    Cons

Although racially diverse, the employees all share the same hipster "I'm too cool" attitude and style. Somewhat of an intimidating atmosphere.

    Advice to Management

I have no advice and no feedback to offer the leadership at American Apparel. I hope they don't shut down, though.
