    -Awesome pay for people without experience (I started at 9.00/hour)
    -50% off
    -Very slack
    -Dress up really funky every day for work
    -Free stuff
    -$180 allowance per season
    -Cool coworkers

    Cons

    -Immature management
    -A lot of theft (both inside and outside)
    -Store gets messy easily
    -Stay late
    -HORRIBLE district manager

    Advice to Management

    I think the American Apparel management needs to grow up. Not so much the managers and asst. managers, but the district managers are horrible. They're very snobby and condescending. I think overall, they just need to focus on the good of the store while still encouraging their staff.
