I have been working at American Arbitration Association

Pros

The people are really nice, and the clients, most of them are nice to work with. Small environment and cozy workplace for small family feel.

Cons

Low pay is absolutely number one. They do not respect an employee's education and do not reward hard work often enough. They do not pay what one is worth rather what they think you will accept and what they can afford, and when they have the opportunity to fix the problem they don't or are slow to fix it.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fix this problem: "Low pay is absolutely number one. They do not respect an employee's education and do not reward hard work often enough. Pros

They support work life balance, the supervisors are pretty laid back making the atmosphere pleasent, the dress is casual and you have a good schedule option

    Cons

The pay for what you do is not as competative as it should be. Upward mobility isn't always given to the best canidates

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

offer a more competative salary and the turn over rate might not be as high.
