I worked at American Association of Critical Care Nurses as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – Good company but IT team is stuck with bad management
Cons – IT database employee resists new technology and have hard time learning new technology. No overtime pay but workload is more than 8 hours a day. You don't get to estimate an assignment. You will be given a timeframe to finish the assignment.
Advice to Senior Management – good luck
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
