First level management seems to be in touch with the staff and client needs. Great benefits and pay is good for this type of work.

Cons

Out of touch upper management. Management doesn't really understand or utilizes technology very well. Bureaucracy is a staple of the insurance industry but it may also be our death.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to your employees and the actually do something with what your heard! Also get in touch with your "new" clientele eventually your old client base will die and you will need a new customer base.
