Its ok if you dont have a job

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) Lexington-Fayette, KY

ProsHas health insurance and dental some bonus sometimes

ConsNo where to move up in the company. Low pay. lots of work bc they closed other call centers around the world and sent our center all the work, the other people that lost their job are tossed to the side like trash so the management can keep making tons of money, cuts on our health insurance for company higher ups to save money

Advice to Senior ManagementPay your team a responsible pay and you will save money training so many new hires. Also add a bonus for the number of calls you take in a day, then no one will complain about getting too many calls. And people will work harder to get calls out of the que. 12 dollars an hour is fair. Some of us are smart enough to know that when we buy out a call center making all those people lose their job and you dump all the work on the workers that get paid nothing and now we stay busy as hell all day everyday with no added benifts and cutting our health care down while top level management like tony neuman rides around in Porsches and giggles its obsurd and shows who is watching out for who

    Great Company to work for.

Call Center Supervisor (Former Employee) Oklahoma City, OK

I worked at American Automobile Association (AAA) full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: Multi-state company, limitless growth potential and it's not just insurance Cons: Silo organization, very tricky to maneuver in, extremely territorial Advice to Senior Management: Don't loose touch with customer facing employees. Membership aspect of the organization requires constant feed back in order to maintain the gold standard of membership… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
