    Pros: Monetary compensation is almost commensurate with the agony endured. Cons: Obscene levels of micro-management by superiors lacking appropriate knowledge or foresight. Absolutely no work/life balance. Expect 12 hour days, 7 days a week, and numerous… Advice to Senior Management: Close the doors, just like in Detroit...
