    Poor Management, low pay and too many hours

    I have been working at American Cancer Society full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros: We definitley help cancer patients and their families. Huge… Cons: Incredible amount of inept leaders. Over paid CEO and executives. Lack of recognition for staff… Advice to Senior Management: Clean House-- Get some real management talent here who earn what they make.
