    You like what you do because it helps thousands of people

    You can be creative

    Great work environment

    My boss was very appreciative of me

    Work was sometimes tedious and uninteresting

    I was not given compensation

    Some of the marketing tactics were out-dated

    Hire younger people with more new media expertise

    Great Mission, Funds amazing research

    Cons

    Local community staff are left in the dark and given little insight into changes. Not allowing staff to deliver the mission.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    All your staff to do their jobs. Stop chaning things long enought to see if something is successful.
