Pros

The people we serve are awesome and extremely grateful for all we do for them.

Cons

They are currently in transition from being facilitated by separate regions to one national conglomerate.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

IT issues need to be clarified more readily.

    Even though it is non-profit, the sr level employees are out to keep their jobs, and that makes for a very unhappy team.

    Quit playing games with donations.

    Work-life balance, flexible schedule, great volunteers

    Cons

    Poor management, inefficient operations, lack of advancement opportunities, internal politics, overall expenses of organization continue to exceed income, poor training for staff and volunteers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get a handle on managing expenses and improving operational efficiencies. Provide needed support to staff and volunteers by acting on valid concerns and implementing improved processes. Empower staff and volunteers to improve the state of affairs since this organization is struggling financially.
