Good Place to Start off your career...

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Washington, DC

ProsGood Work-Life balance, Depending on what department you're in you can have a great team OR you can have a not-so great team. It simply depends on what group you're in. Plenty of in-house training and professional learning sessions. Decent staff activities. Great Benefits.

ConsSome of the Management think that they are God's gift to mankind...have no people skills. Book Smart does not equal Common sense smart. Compensaion not the greatest, not the worst either (again that could depend on department) but the annual raises are a joke. Not to mention the "raise" they give to people who complete advanced degrees. They might as well keep that.

Advice to Senior ManagementInterpersonal training!
