This company has been in a decline for the past 2+ years and so no sign of getting any better

I have been working at American Conference Institute full-time

    Pros

work life balance. able to take care of personal issues from home.

    Cons

No promotions. Low pay. They play the blame game. The lower sales rep gets blamed for an event being poor. No one cares about you. They only care about profits and making more sales. New upper management does not know how to handle the team and is rude. They lie in interviews and do not know how to manage. This used to be the place to work for but now its a sinking ship and everyone is looking for a way out. Go else where for more pay and to feel appreciated. HR doesn't care and most things get swept under a rug. What they are doing now is a little too late.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

get rid of your recent management and let the people who know the company run it. but its too late. Sell the company.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
